Do I have to pay for your services?
No, our services are free to all employees.
How do I get a job?
We offer various types of job opportunities in a wide array of fields. Our jobs can be categorized as "Long-Term Jobs" and "Work Now Jobs." Long-term jobs assignments typically require you to provide a resume, interview and pass our various job specific screening requirements. Work Now Jobs are unskilled On-Demand Jobs that you can start immediately.
How do I get Paid?
Rock Staffing pays weekly. Our week runs Monday thru Sunday. Pay day is the following Friday. You can receive your pay via direct deposit or pay card. See Wisely Cardholder Resources for details.
Do I have to call you when my assignment ends if I want another job?
Yes, we want to know whenever anything changes in your employment situation. You must call our office you were placed on assignment by each week and let us know you are available for work. Failure to call in available each week to our office may result in a denial of benefits.
What happens if I am injured on an assignment?
Call our local office immediately. Your health and safety are our top priority.
