Thomas Blake
President & CEO, Rock Staffing As President & CEO of Rock Staffing, Tom specializes in supporting sales and service for our 4 locations. Drawing upon 14 years of staffing industry experience, Tom successfully provides custom strategies to help our clients specific workforce demands. In 2007, Tom partnered with Kimberley Singley, and in 2011, he partnered Tonda Matthews. Both are experienced Staffing specialists. Their focus on client needs and understanding of staffing solutions that have greatly contributed to the growth and success of Rock Staffing. Tom is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BA in Economics. He spent 2 years on staff with Athletes in Action (a division of Campus Crusade). He has been married to his beautiful wife for 18 years and has two daughters. |

Kimberley Singley
Vice President, Rock Staffing General Manager College Park & Locust Grove As Vice President and General Manager, Kimberley oversees the Sales and Service of the College Park and Locust Grove Locations. She is client focused and committed to exceeding their expectations. Vastly skilled at multitasking, Kimberley is an expert at solving the staffing challenges that businesses struggle with today. Her first job was with Dixie Staffing. Starting off doing sales, to operations, to being a recruiter. She has done every job when it comes to knowing staffing inside and out. Of her career she says it "is most rewarding at the end of every night I know that I have helped get many peoples live’s on track and that is a great feeling." Kimberley obtained her Accounting degree from Clayton State College. She comes from a large family (3 sisters and 1 brother) and is happily married with 2 children and one on the way. Kimberley became partners with Tom in 2007, and says it "has been life changing, it is nice to work with someone who has the same morals and Christian standards as I do. WE make a great team.." |

Tonda Matthews
Vice President, Rock Staffing General Manager Kennesaw As Vice President and General Manager of the Kennesaw location, Tonda oversees the busiest single location. Through her strong sales effort and commitment to customer satisfaction, Tonda has grown the branch while improving overall operational efficiency and profitability. Always willing to do whatever it takes, Tonda has developed a reputation as an expert in her field who can get the job done. |
