Do your hire for skilled positions?
Rock Staffing hires employees for many skilled positions. These include machine operators, forklift operators, welders, equipment operators, mechanics, technicians, and more.
Do employees have to pay for your services?
No, our services are free to all employees.
How do I get a job?
We offer various types of job opportunities in a wide array of fields. Prior to accepting employment, candidates must complete an employment application, pass a drug test, and complete an initial onboarding interview.
How do I get Paid?
Rock Staffing pays weekly. Our week runs Monday thru Sunday. Pay day is the following Friday. You can receive your pay via direct deposit or pay card. See Global Cash Card for details.
Do I have to call you when my assignment ends if I want another job?
Yes, we want to know whenever anything changes in your employment situation. You must call our office you were placed on assignment by each week and let us know you are available for work. Failure to call in available each week to our office may result in a denial of benefits.
What happens if I am injured on an assignment?
Call our local office immediately. Your health and safety are our top priority.
Is there a fee to search for workers through Rock Staffing or use the Ready Staff app?
No, there is no charge to post jobs or look for candidates. We bill by the hours worked, so you will only be billed once our temporary workers have started working for you.
Do you offer health insurance?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive medical plan that meets the Affordable Care Act coverage requirements.
What if I am not happy with an employee that you have assigned to me?
Call our local office right away. Our primary objective is to find the right worker for you.
What if I am happy with an employee and want to hire them on prior to the contracted time frame?
Just contact our office. We can provide you an early conversion quote based on how many hours the employee has remaining to fulfill the contract requirement.
What is your employee screening process?
Beyond our standard on-boarding interview, drug screen, background check and E-verification. We provide custom client specific screening which can include skills sourcing, behavioral tests, skills tests, reference checks, certification checks, and more.
What is the average response time a client can expect when requesting an employee?
Rock Staffing can typically fill orders within 24 hours. We can also provide resumes and schedule interviews for positions that require a more thorough screening process. We assure you that every candidate presented will be pre-qualified with regards to experience, skill-sets and availability.
