Rock Staffing carefully screens its candidates and assesses their skills and abilities to perform the job. Rock Staffing is also able to drug test and to run seven-year criminal background checks on employees when requested by clients.
We carry Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance, so our clients do not have to invest the time or money to provide those coverages. Finally, we take responsibility for all payroll activities and pay all State and Federal Unemployment Tax, Social Security Tax and other statutory fees.
When a client wants to hire someone directly, we work with them to determine the type of individual(s) needed and then we carefully select the best candidates through creative sourcing activities, multi-level behavioral interviews, validation of references, confirmation of background, education and certifications and web-based skill and personality assessments. The candidates presented to our clients are well qualified for the jobs being filled. The clients only need to select the candidate who presents the best "corporate-fit". Our recruiting service comes with a written guaranty that if the person who is selected leaves for job performance reasons within a specific number of days, we will recruit a replacement for no additional fee.
